Elly represents many different kinds of employers in all aspects of business, employment, and labor law. She has extensive experience in representing clients in Title VII and State Human Relations Commission investigations. Elly has tried and won many employment discrimination, sexual harassment, and discharge cases. She has also successfully litigated numerous ADA accessibility cases.

Elly has extensive experience in corporate transactions and has represented both buyers and sellers in acquisitions and restructuring transactions. Elly has counseled business clients on day-to-day operations, having prepared various corporate documents including leases, buy-sell agreements, stock option plans, employment agreements, and policy manuals. She also advises clients on various employee benefits issues, including compliance with ERISA and other state and federal regulations.

Elly has taught many seminars, including strategies for improving management skills, cyber security in the workplace, ADA issues, and proactively preventing and managing sexual harassment claims.
