Moira has also represented clients in commercial real estate litigation, including commercial lease disputes. She also has experience handling trade secret, ERISA, RICO, and commercial contract claims. Moira has successfully handled cases in all stages of litigation in the state and federal courts, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums. Additionally, Moira has counseled clients in various business matters with the goal of avoiding or minimizing future legal disputes.
