Marie Feyche’s experience litigating disputes and matters of first impression nationwide enables her to provide strategic litigation advice tailored to corporate and institutional clients’ needs across various industries and jurisdictions.
Prior to joining the Firm, Marie practiced as a Trial Attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Division. She was hired through the Attorney General Honor’s Program. At the DOJ, she represented the federal government in numerous district court and appellate proceedings, litigating in over fifteen district and appellate courts nationwide. As lead counsel, she secured favorable orders in precedential cases.
During law school, Marie honed her litigation skills by interning for both the Honorable Christy Criswell Wiegand and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania. These experiences gave her valuable insights into litigating federal cases, particularly in Western Pennsylvania.
Marie graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law cum laude, where she served as Senior Research Editor on the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. She also worked as a Teaching Assistant for both Legal Analysis & Writing and Contracts, and earned the Trial Advocacy Award upon graduation.
As an undergraduate, Marie received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Dayton, where she graduated magna cum laude. She was born and raised in Pittsburgh. In her free time, Marie is a cellist with the Pittsburgh Civic Orchestra, a volunteer community orchestra.
